• Accreditation approval is at the sole discretion of event organizers
• AfterStage Media cannot guarantee accreditation for any event
• Some requests may receive no response or be declined by organizers
• We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with organizers on your behalf
• Response times vary depending on the event and organizer

4.2 No Guarantee

AfterStage Media explicitly does not guarantee accreditation approval for any event. The decision to grant or deny accreditation rests entirely with event organizers, promoters, or venue management. We act as an intermediary to facilitate requests but have no control over the final outcome.

5. User Accounts

5.1 Photographer Accounts

Photographers who join AfterStage Media receive login credentials to manage their profiles and portfolios. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your profile information is accurate and up-to-date

5.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation or servers

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

8.1 General Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterStage Media shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
